Pikachu is a recurring character in the series. He is a good friend (now enemy) of Mario, Luigi, Mickey Mouse, Moon Man, Woody, and Pikachah.
Background[]
Pikachu seems to have had a rough time in earlier years, because when he was younger, he lived in Ricky's closet and got no gifts for christmas. He was a super spy with Luigi and Goku for years, until the day Luigi stepped down as a super spy. Afterwards, he and Goku fought lots of crime behind the scenes of The Cute Mario Bros series. After Goku died, Pikachu became angry and jealous of the Cute Mario Bros, and started planning his revenge. He In Detective Pikachu, he almost killed the Mario Bros. and Mickey to then go back in time to kill them again in the past, when he was defeated and arrested by Woody and The Moon Man.
