The Oogie Boogie Man is Jack's sack-like arch-nemesis who is cursed with having to sing and rhyme all the time and to watch "Ernie and Bert" from Sesame Street. In one of Luigi's dreams (the episode "Evil Prevails?"), he helped Bowser build up an army to destroy the Cute Mario Bros. Besides Jack, he is the only character from "The Nightmare Before Christmas". In the episode Bowser meets this character and they talk, during the conversation, the boogie man is sending them through many rooms with his magic. Once he finally stops they team up. Oogie-Boogie Man goes off to find people that will help then destroy Mario, Luigi, and Peach.
