Togepi is a Baby Pokémon from the Pokémon games.
So far, Togepi's only appearance was in the episode Meet the Wario Bros., where it was a background character. In one scene, during Wario and Waluigi's attack on the Mario Bros in Mario's Bedroom, just as Waluigi prepares his attack on Luigi, Togepi can be seen on a shelf.
